# The rules

Flixerpay sits between brands and creators. These rules protect your payout and the brand's result — most rejected work traces back to one of them.

## Real, original work

Everything you submit must be made and posted by you. No reposting someone else's work, no bought views, no faked engagement, no extra accounts to claim more slots. Duplicate submissions are compared against every other submission on a campaign, and a post that turns up twice is caught.

## Follow the brief

Every campaign has concrete requirements — what to include, what to avoid, which platform, how to prove it. A post that ignores the brief usually fails review, which means no payout for the work. If anything is unclear, it is better to ask before you post than to redo it after.

## Keep the post up

Many campaigns require the post to **stay live** for a set time after approval — a follow that is undone the next morning, or a post deleted an hour later, is the thing retention rules exist to stop. Deleting, hiding, or heavily editing during that window can reverse an approval.

## Settle on Flixerpay

Reviews, proof, and the release all run on Flixerpay's records against your Uphiva wallet. A deal arranged off-platform has no approval, no release, and no protection if it goes wrong — and it affects your standing for future campaigns.

## What a slot costs you if you vanish

Claiming a slot holds it for a set number of hours. If you claim and never submit, the slot reopens for someone else — so claim what you will actually do. Repeatedly claiming and dropping slots is a signal the platform watches.

## Disputes

If a brand rejects work you believe was correct, there is a dispute path — a person reviews the evidence, and the money stays ring-fenced on Uphiva until it is settled. That only works because everything happened on the platform, with a record.
